Real Estate Properties Advisor

Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and client-focused Real Estate Property Advisors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed market information to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to ensure successful transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and legal requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the local property market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
