Real Estate Recruitment Specialist

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in real estate recruitment and business management to assist our team. This full-time project is expected to last 3+ months and requires a candidate with proven experience in recruiting and establishing business processes. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and implement processes for new and existing employees, talent sourcing, and onboarding. Experience with CRM and ATS systems is essential. Only candidates based in the US will be considered.

• Recruit licensed realtors and agents
• Develop onboarding and training workflows
• Manage candidate pipelines

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
