About the Role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking motivated and results-oriented professionals to join our Real Estate Sales team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about property sales and eager to build a successful career in one of the UAE’s most dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on listings
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and reporting tools

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
