Role Overview

The Real Estate Sales Advisor will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and representing Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in the Abu Dhabi market. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to guide clients through the full sales process—from initial inquiry to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers and sellers.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of available properties, market trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Build and manage a strong client portfolio through networking, referrals, and relationship management.
  • Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and required documentation in line with UAE regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, admin, listings) to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times and uphold brand standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate sales in the UAE is preferred; strong sales backgrounds from other industries will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long‑term relationships.
  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate laws, communities, and market trends is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are a plus.
