Real Estate Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice and excellent customer service.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

Multi-tasking skills

Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or Russian languages are a plus.

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

Ability to communicate precisely

Strong interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and social media marketing.

Ability to adapt to change

Ability to negotiate

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Valid UAE Driving License- Preferred for easy property viewings and client meetings.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 1-2 years in real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage in Abu Dhabi (preferred but not mandatory).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and preferences.

Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, prices, and new developments.

List properties, take professional photos, create compelling descriptions, and promote them through various marketing channels.

Arrange property viewings, conduct tours, and negotiate prices to ensure a smooth transaction.

Assist clients with legal requirements, contracts, and financing options.

Build partnerships with developers, landlords, and investors to expand business opportunities.
