Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and ambitious Property Consultants (Arabic Speaker) to join our growing team, this is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and fresh candidates looking to start their careers in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell properties to clients across the UAE and international markets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional consultation
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitive offerings
  • Represent PSI at property exhibitions, launches, and client meetings

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and client-focused
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • No prior real estate experience required – training will be provided
