Job Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant with at least 2 years of experience in real estate or a similar sales environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for property, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle property sales, including off-plan and resale units
• Conduct viewings, client meetings, and sales negotiations
• Maintain and update property listings
• Stay informed on market trends and available developments in Abu Dhabi
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Compensation & Benefits:
At Union House Properties, compensation is tailored to each candidate.

During the interview, you’ll tell us the salary you’re aiming for. Based on that, we’ll define a monthly sales target. If the target is met, the agreed salary is paid in full. This model keeps things transparent and performance-driven.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with real estate platforms and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written).
• Fluency in 2+ languages is an advantage.

Preferably has valid UAE driving license.
