Role Summary

We are seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on pricing, market trends, and legal procedures
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Negotiate offers and manage the transaction process from inquiry to closing
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulatory environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, documentation, and client service
  • Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
  • RERA or equivalent certification is a plus
