Real Estate Sales Agent

• Basic Salary plus Commission

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to handle property sales, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate can work independently, close deals confidently, and support junior team members when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and close property sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle the full sales process from leads to closing
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Prepare basic sales reports and updates
• Support and guide junior sales agents
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate or sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good customer service and relationship management
• Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
• UAE real estate experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
