Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results‑oriented Real Estate Sales Agent to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced market, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is driven to achieve outstanding sales performance across both residential and commercial segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers
• Advise clients on pricing, market trends, investment opportunities, and community insights
• Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, developments, and regulations
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with marketing, admin, and CRM teams to support the sales process
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
