Job Opportunity: Real Estate Sales and Lease Agents

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales and Lease Agents to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate and close Lease /sales for residential and/or commercial properties
• Handle client inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
• Source new listings and manage the full sales cycle
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competition
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance

Requirements & Preferences:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market (highly recommended)
• Valid UAE driving license is required
• Self-sponsored visa is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Results-driven, professional, and team-oriented attitude
