Real Estate Sales Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients regarding property investment opportunities, conducting market research, and managing property listings. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients to understand their property needs, accompanying clients to property viewings, negotiating deals, and assisting clients with the purchasing process. The Property Consultant will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and providing excellent customer service throughout the entire transaction process.

Qualifications

• Consulting skills to provide expert advice to clients
• Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients
• Sales skills to negotiate and close property deals
• Real Estate knowledge and experience
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze property trends
• Experience with real estate CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
