About the Role:

Are you a motivated and confident sales professional with a passion for real estate?
Join Digital Squidy’s real estate division – Star Real Estate Marketing – and become part of a dynamic, growth-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients interested in buying or investing in residential and commercial properties.
  • Generate leads through networking, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage client data and track progress using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • 1years– 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales or client handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Karachi’s real estate market; familiarity with property documentation is a plus.
  • Target-driven, confident, and passionate about helping clients find the right property.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and proactive attitude.
