Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 + Attractive Commission (based on targets achieved)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at Baron Prime Real Estate Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our off-plan property projects, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan projects to potential buyers and investors
• Manage leads, conduct property viewings, and close deals
• Provide professional advice to clients regarding property investment opportunities
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with off-plan projects
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
• UAE driving license is an advantage

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month
• Commission: Based on targets achieved
