Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property deals. You will play a key role in promoting our real estate projects and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties, including ongoing projects (e.g., Elysium Mall & Residency).
  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, digital marketing leads, and property inquiries.
  • Conduct site visits and property tours with clients, explaining project features, benefits, and payment plans.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of local property market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and agents to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize property deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and participate in real estate exhibitions.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in real estate sales or a similar field preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
