Real Estate Sales Executive

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team in Adhapur. If you are passionate about sales, confident in communication, and eager to earn high incentives, this opportunity is for you!

This role involves meeting clients, explaining property details, conducting site visits, and closing sales while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through calls, references, field visits, and digital platforms
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
  • Arrange and conduct property site visits
  • Explain project benefits, pricing, and investment advantages clearly
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication
  • Negotiate and close deals successfully
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain proper customer data and sales records

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in Real Estate / Sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM preferred)
  • Two-wheeler & field sales interest preferred
