Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and aggressive Senior Sales Executive who can generate business, convert leads, and contribute to the company’s growth while building a strong personal income and leadership career.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Conduct site visits with clients
• Build strong client relationships and maintain follow-ups
• Convert prospects into successful closures
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Support and guide junior team members when required
• Maintain professional sales reporting and CRM updates

Required Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Minimum 1+ years experience in real estate sales (preferred)
• Aggressive attitude and strong desire to close deals
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong negotiation ability
• Passion to learn, grow, and earn high incentives
• Leadership mindset and future growth vision
• Positive and energetic personality
• Own vehicle (Mandatory)
• Residing near Wakad (within 5 km preferred)
