Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring for a client in Dubai for the position of Real Estate Sales Manager.

Responsibilities :
  1. Meet regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns, identifying new opportunities for sales growth.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with brokers and agents to develop new business opportunities.
  3. Negotiate contracts with sellers to ensure all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement.
  4. Identify opportunities in the market to increase sales volume or profit margins through new marketing strategies or product offerings.
  5. Present offers to sellers on behalf of clients to facilitate negotiation of price and terms of sale.
  6. Review market conditions and identify trends that could impact prices or interest in specific neighborhoods or areas.
  7. Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements :
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
