Real Estate Sales Manager

We are looking for Real estate sales manager that is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sale of real property, commonly work with a team of agents to ensure that each one is performing their job effectively and in accordance with company standards.

Real estate sales managers may also be tasked with developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing leadership and guidance to other members of the organization.

Location: AE – Abu Dhabi

Job Duties:

• Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents in order to develop new business opportunities
• Negotiating contracts with sellers to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement
• Identifying opportunities in the market to increase sales volume or profit margins through new marketing strategies or product offerings
• Coordinating with other members of the team to prepare for events such as open houses or new home launches
• Presenting offers to sellers on behalf of clients in order to facilitate negotiation of price and terms of sale
• Reviewing market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular neighborhood or area
• Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth
• Managing a team of real estate agents to ensure that they are meeting their goals and providing quality service to clients

Qualifications:

• Five years of experience as a sales manager/team leader role in the real estate is a MUST.
• Proven organizational and planning ability.
• A degree in the marketing field, business or equivalent.
