We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries, walk-ins, site visits, follow-ups and post-sales support for our residential project. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, knows how to follow up consistently, and can build trust with homebuyers across all segments.
1. Lead Management & Follow-Ups
- Handle incoming leads from Meta ads, calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
- Maintain timely, polite and consistent follow-ups with all prospects.
- Track leads properly in CRM/Excel and update status daily.
- Convert leads into site visits and bookings.
2. Sales & Site Visits
- Conduct professional site visits, explain the project, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable flat options.
- Present offers, schemes and project benefits clearly.
- Close sales through proper negotiation and relationship-building.
3. Communication & Coordination
- Communicate fluently in Marathi, Hindi and English with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, allotment letters, token receipts, etc.
- Maintain high responsiveness on calls/WhatsApp.
4. Documentation & Post-Sales Support
- Assist customers with booking forms, KYC documents, and payment schedules.
- Support clients through loan processing, builder-buyer agreements, registration, etc.
- Ensure smooth handover of documents and post-sales communication.
5. Reporting & Admin
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Update customer data, follow-ups and status in the CRM/Excel.
- Basic computer proficiency: email, WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Confident, polite and presentable personality.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to follow up consistently without delay.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM, email).
- Experience in real estate sales preferred, but not mandatory.
- Self-driven, disciplined and target-oriented.
