Real Estate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds performance targets. You will play a key role in developing relationships with clients, managing property portfolios, and expanding our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals
• Gathering property details and coordinating the creation of marketing materials
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans
• Manage property listings, showings, negotiations, and closings
• Handling negotiations with potential buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from initial viewing to offer finalization
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and increase brand visibility
• Provide regular sales performance reports to management
• Stay updated on real estate regulations and market conditions

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant real estate license (as required by local regulations)
