Real Estate Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and oversee the marketing and sale of premium properties. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the market, motivates teams, and consistently delivers results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of real estate agents
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Oversee property listings, pricing strategies, and negotiations
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Ensure high standards of client service and professionalism

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales
  • Previous experience in a sales management or team leadership role
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Deep understanding of local property market trends
  • Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
