Real Estate Sales Manager

Position Overview:
SURE Real Estate is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to oversee our real estate sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of agents to meet and exceed sales targets. You will also work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, increase market share, and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Sales Team- Secondary and Off-plan
  • Directly supervise and support the sales team, ensuring they meet performance targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Set clear expectations and establish measurable goals for team members.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue and growth targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure consistent growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and key stakeholders.
  • Assist agents in closing high-value deals and negotiations.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new sales agents.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture that encourages collaboration and success.
  • Organize team-building activities and professional development programs.
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
  • Work closely with marketing to generate high-quality leads and maximize business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless processes and efficient operations.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a leadership role for more than 5 years in Dubai real estate market
  • Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and brokerage operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team of sales agents to meet or exceed targets.
  • Experience with CRM software and real estate platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time-management skills.
  • A valid real estate license
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
