Real Estate Sales Manager

Role Purpose
Manage sales of the Real Estate product within a defined geographic area in UAE achieve sales objectives. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and hardworking.
Key Accountabilities of the role
- Strength existing clients banking relationship in a professional manner.
- Keep abreast of development in local business environment to spot business opportunities. Contribute to the planning process
- Making regular visits all over UAE to clients for both monitoring and business generation purposes.
- Establish effective and professional communication (both Internal & External) to ensure turnaround time within designated parameters and higher client satisfaction levels.
- Develop Strong level of local contacts with local business.
- Manage a Sales / RO Team, set, agree, measure performance, guidance, motivation, and professional advice (Direct reporting to me)
- Creating Sales / Business Development Strategies for boosting business volumes within product parameters and portfolio expansion as appropriate.
- Identifying effective Marketing Channels.
- Ensure all new booking in line with the product parameters
- Ensure to achieve sales target of AED m 15 / month
- Ensure to provide weekly at least 2 sale visit reports.
- Achieve higher customer satisfaction by obtaining the required approval & finalize the case in acceptable TAT.
- Ensure controlling workflow and provide management with portfolio status
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role
- University Degree with 7 Years relevant experience of which 5 years preferably in Real Estate
- Good ability of time management and multitasking
- Good Knowledge of English (spoken and written) and preferably Arabic
- Advanced Computer knowledge and operations.
- Good Knowledge of ADIB products / Services and requirements.
