Role Purpose

Manage sales of the Real Estate product within a defined geographic area in UAE achieve sales objectives. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and hardworking.

Key Accountabilities of the role
  1. Strength existing clients banking relationship in a professional manner.
  2. Keep abreast of development in local business environment to spot business opportunities. Contribute to the planning process
  3. Making regular visits all over UAE to clients for both monitoring and business generation purposes.
  4. Establish effective and professional communication (both Internal & External) to ensure turnaround time within designated parameters and higher client satisfaction levels.
  5. Develop Strong level of local contacts with local business.
  6. Manage a Sales / RO Team, set, agree, measure performance, guidance, motivation, and professional advice (Direct reporting to me)
  7. Creating Sales / Business Development Strategies for boosting business volumes within product parameters and portfolio expansion as appropriate.
  8. Identifying effective Marketing Channels.
  9. Ensure all new booking in line with the product parameters
  10. Ensure to achieve sales target of AED m 15 / month
  11. Ensure to provide weekly at least 2 sale visit reports.
  12. Achieve higher customer satisfaction by obtaining the required approval & finalize the case in acceptable TAT.
  13. Ensure controlling workflow and provide management with portfolio status
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role
  1. University Degree with 7 Years relevant experience of which 5 years preferably in Real Estate
  2. Good ability of time management and multitasking
  3. Good Knowledge of English (spoken and written) and preferably Arabic
  4. Advanced Computer knowledge and operations.
  5. Good Knowledge of ADIB products / Services and requirements.
