Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead sales operations for The Novo Tower. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, managing sales teams and dealer networks, and ensuring disciplined execution of sales strategies through structured processes and measurable outcomes.

This role is open to both male and female candidates, and female professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Sales Governance & Professional Standards

The Sales Manager will be expected to uphold and implement:

  • Structured sales governance with defined processes, approvals, and controls
  • Measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks for all sales activities
  • Ethical client engagement, transparency in communication, and fair dealing
  • Transparent reporting and performance evaluation aligned with management standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop the real estate sales team
  • Define and execute sales strategies aligned with project objectives
  • Oversee dealer networks, brokers, and external sales partners
  • Monitor daily sales activity, pipelines, and closures
  • Conduct key client negotiations and high-value deal closures
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, documentation, and regulations
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to management
  • Maintain CRM discipline and reporting accuracy
  • Enforce ethical selling practices and professional conduct

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target achievement
  • Revenue growth and unit closure ratios
  • Sales team productivity and performance consistency
  • Lead-to-booking and site-visit conversion rates
  • Dealer and broker contribution performance
  • Pipeline accuracy and forecast reliability
  • Client satisfaction, retention, and referral rates
  • Compliance, documentation, and audit accuracy

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related discipline
  • Minimum 4–6 years of proven real estate sales experience
  • At least 2+ years in a sales leadership or managerial role
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, pricing, and documentation
  • Experience managing teams, dealers, and brokers
