Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Real Estate Selling Specialist to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at closing deals, understand buyer psychology, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. You will be responsible for converting leads into successful sales, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified leads into closed property sales
  • Conduct property viewings and deliver persuasive sales presentations
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment potential
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers
  • Negotiate and finalize property transactions with professionalism and precision
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or high-performance selling roles
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market and buyer behavior
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
