Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents
• Drive off-plan property sales across top Dubai developers
• Mentor agents and help them close deals
• Set and achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with marketing and admin teams

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian or a European language
• Proven experience in off-plan real estate
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and closing skills
