Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in real estate sales and leadership, with a deep understanding of the Dubai market. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of agents to achieve sales targets, building client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Build, lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to meet individual and team goals.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance and meet revenue targets.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, assisting in closing deals.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Recruitment & Training:

  • Support Recruiter in recruiting, onboarding, and training new real estate agents.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on market trends and enhance their skills.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
  • Handle high-value or complex transactions and ensure a positive client experience.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date on Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Use this knowledge to guide the team and inform strategic decisions.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Streamline processes to enhance productivity and ensure smooth team operations.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management weekly, analyzing sales activities and key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in Dubai is mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in real estate or with a developer.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and drive sales teams toward achieving targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, real estate platforms, and other tech tools.
  • Preferred but not necessary - Valid real estate license (RERA).
