Position Overview
The Real Estate Broker Manager will oversee daily brokerage operations, lead and develop a team of brokers/agents, and drive overall sales performance. This role requires strong leadership, deep market knowledge, and proven business development expertise to ensure compliance with industry regulations, build lasting client relationships, and expand the company’s market share.
Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor brokers and agents to achieve professional growth and performance excellence.
- Set clear objectives, monitor KPIs, and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement targeted training initiatives to elevate skills and productivity.
2. Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to grow listings and transaction volumes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
- Lead marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence and showcase the property portfolio.
3. Operations & Compliance
- Ensure all transactions strictly adhere to UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations.
- Review and oversee contracts, agreements, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of listings, sales, and client interactions.
4. Market Strategy & Analysis
- Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Provide detailed insights and reports to support executive decision-making.
- Adjust business development and marketing strategies in line with market dynamics.
5. Client Relations
- Supervise client issue resolution to maintain exceptional satisfaction and trust.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and exhibitions to enhance visibility and reputation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of real estate experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within a UAE brokerage.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and documentation processes.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
