Telecaller/Business Development Associate – SURE Real Estate

SURE Real Estate is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, providing accurate information about our real estate projects, and ensuring a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and provide detailed project and service information.
  • Present developer projects and company offerings in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
  • Maintain and update client records accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with interested clients to schedule meetings or assist in closing deals.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
