Job Summary:
Madar Steel Industries is looking for an experienced Rebar Detailer with 3–4 years of relevant experience, including UAE project exposure. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of BS 8666 standards and hands-on experience in CAD-based rebar detailing software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed rebar shop drawings as per project specifications and structural drawings
• Ensure compliance with BS 8666 standards
• Perform bar bending schedules (BBS) and quantity take-offs
• Coordinate with project engineers and site teams for clarifications
• Review structural drawings and identify discrepancies
• Modify drawings based on consultant/client comments
• Ensure timely submission of drawings to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience as a Rebar Detailer
• Mandatory UAE project experience
• Strong knowledge of BS 8666 standards
• Working knowledge of CADS RC software
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good understanding of structural drawings
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ready to join immediately

Preferred Qualification:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
