Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department

- Manage appointments and maintain the reception area

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
