RECEPTIONIST

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist who is currently residing in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a presentable office environment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and basic data entry
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
  • Assist with general office tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently residing in Bahrain (mandatory)
  • Available for immediate joining
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous experience in Bahrain/GCC is a plus
