Receptionist

• Act as the primary operator for incoming calls; professionally receive, screen, and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Capture detailed, accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the correct team members in a timely manner.
• Greet all arriving visitors, vendors, and clients with a welcoming demeanor, providing guidance, check-in assistance, and general information as needed.
• Execute diverse clerical duties, including filing, data entry, mail distribution, and special projects as assigned by leadership.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
