Receptionist

Location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and assist with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff professionally and courteously
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; manage email correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendar
  • Maintain reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including filing and record-keeping
  • Coordinate with internal teams and provide support as required
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the company services

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
