Receptionist – Garage / Automotive Service Center

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers at the garage. This role is responsible for providing professional front-desk support, managing appointments, handling customer inquiries, and assisting the service team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities --Customer Service

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments.
  • Provide basic information about services, pricing, and timelines.
  • Communicate service updates between technicians and customers.
  • Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain customer records and vehicle service history.
  • Prepare invoices, process payments (cash, card, online).
  • File and organize repair orders and service documents.
  • Order and track office supplies.
  • Assist with warranty paperwork and insurance documentation (if applicable).

Operational Support

  • Coordinate with service advisors and mechanics regarding job status.
  • Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean and welcoming.
  • Help manage daily job schedules and workshop bookings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Taking calls, replying to emails, preparation estimation,=and invoice , welcoming in customers and visitors to company premises
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience (automotive industry preferred).
  • Basic understanding of vehicle services (oil changes, brake repair, diagnostics, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, garage management systems).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Should have knowledge of Accounting.

  • Maximum experience of 2 to 3 years same field.
  • Salary will discuss.
  • Must be Female
