• Responsibilities include welcoming and hosting visitors with a polished, service‑oriented presence; managing a high‑volume front desk and answering multi‑line phones; coordinating pre‑clearance requests and ensuring accurate processing; supporting reception coverage across multiple floors; assisting with all guest needs; maintaining an organized, professional environment; and taking on additional projects to support office operations.
• The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills; a professional appearance and polished demeanor; comfort engaging with diverse personalities; excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask; prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception; a collaborative mindset and reliability in a team‑oriented environment; and a stable work history that reflects commitment and consistency.
