Receptionist

Job Summery:

Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless experience for visitors while providing essential administrative support to our internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Relations: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional attitude and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Communication: Manage a multi-line switchboard; answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while taking accurate messages.
  • Office Flow: Maintain a clean and organized reception area and meeting rooms.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Mail Handling: Sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries and coordinate outgoing couriers.
  • Scheduling: Assist in booking meeting rooms and managing office calendars.


Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 1-3 year of experience in a front-desk or reception roleز
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language, e.g., English/Arabic].
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professionalism: A polished professional appearance and a positive, helpful demeanor.
