Position Profile
Answers phone and greet visitors in a friendly, efficient manner; forwards messages/information to staff; provides directional assistance and relays information; accepts deliveries and assists office personnel with clerical duties.

Responsibilities
§ Manages phone calls and visitors in a professional manner.
§ Processes mail, faxes, office deliveries and death certificates.
§ Provides quality clerical support.
§ Maintains professional knowledge and enhances professional skills.
§ Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.

Minimum Qualifications
§ High school diploma or equivalent experience.
§ Minimum two years multi-line phone experience.
§ Working knowledge of multi-line phone system.
§ Proficient computer skills.
§ Ability to use various types of office equipment including computer equipment, fax machine, copier and phone.

Preferred Qualifications
§ Previous medical office/health care experience preferred.
