Receptionist

Compensation:

  • Salary: $15-$18/hr based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, residents, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
  • Provide facility tours as needed.
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Perform general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Handle mail distribution, deliveries, and other front-desk responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.


Qualifications:

  • Prior receptionist or front office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and telephone systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A genuine commitment to providing a warm and welcoming environment for all.
