Position Overview

Impactia Corp is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Phoenix office. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming and organized front office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage front desk operations and scheduling
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
