Receptionist & Beautician

Overview:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Receptionist & Beautician to manage client interactions, provide information about salon services, and help convert inquiries into bookings. The role involves handling calls, appointments, and client follow-ups while ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with inquiries about beauty and salon services.
• Manage calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Explain available services, packages, and promotions to clients and encourage bookings.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments using salon software.
• Coordinate with the salon team to ensure smooth client service flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and support day-to-day front desk operations.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or salon reception (experience in beauty, spa, or hospitality preferred).
• Strong Urdu communication and client-handling skills.
• Presentable, confident, and passionate about beauty and client care.
• Intermediate or Bachelor’s qualification.
• Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge.
