Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, professional, and organized Receptionist Cum Admin to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle front desk and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Support daily administrative and office operations
  • Prepare reports, quotations, and basic documentation when required
  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning
  • Coordinate with different departments and team members

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Presentable and professional personality
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Previous experience in reception or administration is preferred
  • Freshers with confidence and good communication skills may also apply
