Job Description
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist cum Admin to manage front desk operations, assist with administrative tasks, and provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist in promoting and upselling salon products and services
- Recommend suitable products and treatments to clients
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about services and promotions
- Maintain client records and filing systems
- Perform data entry and prepare reports/documents
- Coordinate with staff and management regarding daily operations
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Assist with general administrative and office tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements
- Previous experience as Receptionist, Admin Assistant, Sales Associate, or similar role preferred
- Background in sales and customer service is an advantage
- Knowledge in upselling products and services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Preferred Nationality: Philippines
