Receptionist cum PRO

Job Summary:

The Receptionist cum PRO will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while providing administrative and public relations support to ensure smooth operations within the company. This role combines front-desk reception duties with responsibility for handling government relations, employee documentation, and company representation in accordance with Saudi labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:Reception & Administrative Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and partners in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously.
  • Manage front office operations including mail and office supplies.
  • Assist in coordinating internal communications and office events.
  • Support HR and management in preparing reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation.

Public Relations (PRO) Duties

  • Handle all government-related documentation, renewals, and submissions (Iqama, visa, medical, GOSI, MOL, Mudad, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, etc.).
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities (Jawazat, Labor Office, MOFA, Baladiya, etc.) for employee and company legal requirements.
  • Manage visa processing, sponsorship transfers, and renewals for employees .
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, company regulations, and governmental procedures.
  • Liaise with external agencies and government offices to support company licensing, permits, and other legal matters.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and government correspondence files.

Experience & Skills

  • Relevant experience as a Receptionist cum PRO, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and government procedures.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 per month
