Receptionist Cum Secretary

Location: Ajman, UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Female Receptionist Cum Secretary to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Manage reception area and maintain a presentable office environment

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, documents)

Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars

Provide administrative and secretarial support to management

Prepare reports, letters, and documents as required

Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)

Coordinate with internal departments and external clients

Handle basic office tasks such as data entry and record keeping

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in a similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and customer service attitude

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in UAE

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Philippines, Arabs are preferred
