Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, personable, and proactive Receptionist to be the face of our company. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk and delivering outstanding customer service to all visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk & Call Management:
  • Greet and welcome all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, providing accurate information or transferring calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Record and relay messages promptly and accurately.
  • Visitor Coordination:
  • Assist visitors with directions and inquiries, ensuring a positive experience from entry to exit.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in accordance with company protocols.
  • Security & Safety Compliance:
  • Monitor front desk activity to ensure a secure and safe reception area.
  • Enforce sign-in procedures and access control for guests and vendors.
  • Communication & Correspondence:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure timely distribution of internal communications.
  • Office Supplies & Inventory Management:
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and stationery.
  • Process orders and ensure timely replenishment of stock as needed.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide support to the HR and Administration teams with tasks such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and scheduling.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings and events as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers, scanners) and basic administrative procedures.
  • A professional and courteous demeanor, with the ability to handle confidential or sensitive matters discreetly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

  • Receptionist – Front Desk & Administrative Support: 1 year (Preferred)
