Job Description:
We are looking for a female Receptionist to manage the front desk and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, professional, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as record keeping, scheduling, and filing.
• Assist management and other departments with routine clerical support.
• Coordinate with staff and clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Rawalpindi.
