Receptionist (Female)

Job description:

The role of a receptionist encompasses attending clients and visitors arriving at our premises. You will be responsible for taking clients to different departments within the premises, liaising with employees for visitors, attending to telephones, and desk notes, and organizing as well as distributing the incoming mails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and assist clients, other visitors, and other professionals visiting the office
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and allocations of conference rooms.
  • Sort out and distribute mails/ deliveries received or taken out.
  • Ensure the reception desk is well maintained and organized
  • Assist in data filing and entry, as an example of basic administrative duties.
  • Observe and verify compliance with security regulations in the office.

Qualifications:

  • A completed college or associate degree in a relative sphere.
  • Other professional engagements including experience as a receptionist.
  • Good communication and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Having good knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Having an appealing and monitored and proper professional mannerisms.
