Receptionist (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and energetic Receptionist cum Business Development Officer to manage front desk operations while supporting business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to generate and maintain business relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesReceptionist Duties:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
  • Handle administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Business Development Duties:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Generate leads and maintain a client database.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
  • Coordinate with management regarding sales and business growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Reception, Customer Service, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
